Affordable, Consistent, Dependable and Thorough!

My name is Lynn Pinder, and I have more than twenty years of practice helping nonprofit executives strengthen programs, write award-winning grants, leverage pro-bono support and grow the capacity of their organizations.  I have extensive grant-writing experience and have served as a Reviewer for several federal grant-making agencies.  The largest grant I ever secured at one time for a nonprofit organization was a federal grant for $1OO,OOO.  I have secured dozens of smaller grant awards totaling more than $100,000.

Of course, some of the grants I wrote were not funded. I have learned that denial letters are part of the grant writing process and can sometimes serve as a stepping stone to help nonprofits build relationships with certain funders.  Another thing I have learned for sure is that grant writing is not a short-term process, and it should not be your organization's sole source of fund raising.  If it is, let's talk about how we might create a fund development plan that helps you create various streams of income to fulfill your nonprofit's mission.

Although a huge part of Resource Development is about raising funds, another huge aspect of   Resource Development is ensuring your organization/business has the right mix of people power and supports to sustain itself.  Whether is helping to recruit and train board members or locating the right type of professional development/training for staff, I help leaders find the resources necessary to turn their ideas into tangible actions.
